All state and federal district courts in Oklahoma, plus the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Also admitted to practice before most of the Boards of Contract Appeals.




Heavily experienced in fidelity, surety, and construction litigation, construction defect, professional liability and general insurance defense.


Associations, Positions and Publications:


A member of the American Bar Association Fidelity and Surety Committee, the Forum on the Construction Industry and AGC of Oklahoma. Has given seminars on fidelity and surety law, construction law, and related topics. Has written and delivered papers to the American Bar Association, TIPS, and the Defense Research Institute. Has also co-authored chapters for published construction, fidelity and surety-related treatises. Mr. Magrini currently teaches construction law at the University of Oklahoma,  College of Architecture, Construction Science Division.
