All state and federal district courts in Oklahoma, plus Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit, U. S. Court of Federal Claims, and United States Supreme Court. Also admitted to practice before most of the Boards of Contract Appeals.




Extensive experience in all types of surety and insurance defense, including construction bonds, fidelity and surety claims, construction litigation of all types, architect, engineer, accountant and lawyer malpractice defense, directors and officers liability, E&O defense, general business litigation, and defense of large negligence claims.


Associations, Positions and Publications:


Has been a member of the American Bar Association Fidelity and Surety Committee since early 1960's, and has served as a Vice Chairman. A member of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry. Past Chairman of the Fidelity and Surety Committee of the Defense Research Institute. Also a member of AGC of Oklahoma, International Association of Defense Counsel, plus several other professional organizations associated with the insurance defense industry.


Has taught numerous seminars and given numerous speeches to various organizations on fidelity and surety law, construction law, professional liability defense, negligence and general business litigation. Periodically addresses the Oklahoma Association of General Contractors, the Oklahoma Association of Municipal Contractors, American Bar Association Fidelity and Surety Committee, American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry and similar related professional organizations.

Has written and delivered numerous papers, many of which have been published by the American Bar Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel and others. Has written chapters for several published fidelity, surety and construction-related treatises.
