Heavy trial experience due to serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Oklahoma County from 1989 to 1993. Since then has been involved in the defense of numerous fidelity and surety and miscellaneous bond matters; handles a wide range of construction disputes, general insurance litigation and related cases.

A member of the American Bar Association Fidelity and Surety Committee, AGC of Oklahoma and the Forum on the Construction Industry. Has written and delivered papers to the American Bar Association, TIPS, and the Defense Research Institute. Has also co-authored several chapters for published construction, fidelity and surety-related treatises.
