Extensive experience in all types of surety and construction litigation, and general insurance and business litigation, including trial and appellate work, representing clients in the prosecution and defense of claims. Has represented contractors in numerous claims and/or protests with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Department of Defense, Small Business Administration, and other agencies under applicable federal contracting law, with similar experience on state, county, and municipal levels.
Associations, Positions and Publications:
A member of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry, the Surety Association of Oklahoma, AGC of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Bar Association Legal Education Division. Has been a lecturer with the Oklahoma Bar Association for continuing legal education on topics concerning the insurance and construction industries.
